早春时节，一只美丽的百灵鸟飞到嫩绿色的麦田里做巢。
不久，小百灵们的羽毛慢慢地丰满了，力气也渐渐地长足了。
有一天，麦田的主人看到金黄的麦子已经成熟，便说：“收割的时候到了，我一定要去请所有的邻居来帮忙。”
一只聪明的小百灵鸟听到这话后，立刻告诉她的妈妈，并问她们该搬到哪里去住。
百灵鸟妈妈回答说：“孩子，他并不是真的急切要收获，只是想请他的邻居来帮他的忙。”

A few days later, the owner came again and saw that the wheat had ripened and fallen. He eagerly said, "Tomorrow, I will bring my family's helpers and anyone I can hire to harvest."
At this time, the mother lark heard these words and said to the little birds, "Now it's time for us to move because the owner is really serious this time. He no longer relies on his neighbors but does the work himself."
Thus, the lark family moved to a new place and lived a safe life.
