他出门去寻找春天是否已经到来。
他看到人家墙头上的杏花已经变成了暗红色，栅栏里的花也含苞待放。
这就说明春天已经来了。
所以，“回春”就是指冬天过去，春天又回来了，大地又充满了生机。
后来，人们就把这两个故事合在一起，形成了一个新的成语——“妙手回春”。
这个成语用来比喻医生的医术非常高明，能够治好重病，让病人重新恢复健康。

This means that spring has come.
So, 'Rejuvenation' refers to the passing of winter and the return of spring, making the earth full of vitality again.
Later, people combined these two stories to form a new idiom - 'Miraculous Healing'.
This idiom is used to比喻 doctors who are extremely skilled and can cure serious illnesses, allowing patients to regain their health.
