从前，有一群强壮的公牛正在用力拉一辆大货车。
他们的力气非常大，但是货车上的东西太多了，公牛们感到很吃力。
突然，他们听到了一个声音：“吱吱吱……”原来，是车轴在响。
车轴被压得很难受，它一直在叫唤着。
其中一头名叫大力的公牛转过头来，看着车轴，不耐烦的说：
“喂，车轴朋友，我们都在默默的承受着重压，为什么你却一直在叫呢？”
车轴回答说：“我只是因为压力太大，所以才会发出声音啊。”
大力公牛想了想，然后对其他的公牛说：
“朋友们，我们虽然没有发出声音，但我们确实是在默默的承受着重压。我们应该理解车轴的感受，它是和我们一起承受着重量的。”
从那以后，公牛们更加努力的拉车，而车轴也不再抱怨了。
它们一起合作，把货车拉到了目的地。
这个故事告诉我们，有时候，那些看似吵闹的人，其实可能是在忍受着很大的压力。
而那些默默无闻的人，也许才是真正的承担者。
我们应该学会理解和尊重每一个人的付出，大家共同合作，才能完成任务。
Once upon a time, a group of strong bulls were pulling a large cart.
Their strength was immense, but there were too many things on the cart, and the bulls found it hard to pull.
Suddenly, they heard a sound: "Squeak, squeak, squeak..." It was the axle making the noise.
The axle was under great pressure and was constantly crying out.
One of the bulls named Biggie turned his head and looked at the axle. Impatiently, he said,
"Hey, axle friend, we're all bearing the weight in silence, so why are you always complaining?"
The axle replied, "I'm only making this noise because I'm under too much pressure."
Biggie thought for a moment, then said to the other bulls,
"Friends, although we're not making any noise, we are indeed silently bearing the weight. We should understand the axle's feelings; it is bearing the weight with us."
From then on, the bulls pulled the cart even harder, and the axle no longer complained.
They worked together and pulled the cart to its destination.
This story tells us that sometimes, those who seem noisy may actually be under great pressure.
And those who remain silent might be the real bearers.
We should learn to understand and respect everyone's efforts. Only by working together can we complete our tasks.
