春秋时期，有一位著名的军事家孙武。
他写了一本兵法书，然后去见吴王阖闾。
吴王觉得这本书很好，就问孙武：“你的兵法能不能用来指挥军队呢？”
孙武说可以。
吴王想考验一下孙武，就说：“那你能用妇女来试试吗？”
孙武也同意了。
于是，吴王找来宫中的180名嫔妃宫女，让她们做孙武的女兵，接受训练。
孙武把女兵分成两队，并选了吴王的两个宠妃做队长。
他给每个女兵发了一把长戟，告诉她们要听从命令。
女兵们都说：“我们明白了。”
孙武又拿出一些刑具，告诉大家如果不听命令，就要受罚。
他再三强调一定要服从军令。
然后，孙武击鼓发出号令，但女兵们只是笑，不听他的指挥。
孙武严肃地说：“可能我没有解释清楚，这是我的错。”
他又详细解释了一遍命令，然后再次击鼓发出号令。
但是，女兵们还是不当回事，继续嘻嘻哈哈。
孙武说：“如果我没有解释清楚，那是我的错；但如果我已经解释清楚，你们还不听，那就是队长的错了。”
于是，他命人把两个女队长拉出去斩首。
吴王连忙求情，但孙武说：“我是将领，不能完全听从国君的命令。”
最后，他还是斩了两个女队长。
其他女兵看到这一幕，都非常害怕，开始认真听从孙武的命令，再也不敢嘻嘻哈哈了。
后来，“三令五申”这个成语就被用来比喻反复告诫的意思。

Sun Wu then took out some torture instruments and told everyone that if they did not obey orders, they would be punished.
He repeatedly emphasized that they must obey military orders.
Then, Sun Wu beat the drum to give the order, but the female soldiers just laughed and did not listen to his command.
Sun Wu solemnly said, "Maybe I didn't explain it clearly, this is my fault."
He explained the order again in detail and then beat the drum to give the order once more.
However, the female soldiers still did not take it seriously and continued to laugh and joke around.
Sun Wu said, "If I did not explain it clearly, that is my fault; but if I have explained it clearly and you still do not listen, that is the fault of the team leader."
So, he ordered someone to drag the two female team leaders out to be executed.
King Helü hurriedly begged for mercy, but Sun Wu said, "I am a general and cannot completely obey the orders of the king."
In the end, he still executed the two female team leaders.
The other female soldiers were very afraid when they saw this scene and began to listen to Sun Wu's orders carefully and no longer dared to laugh and joke around.
Later, the idiom 'Three Commandments and Five Injunctions' was used to比喻 repeated admonitions.
