A little lamb named Hua Hua got lost in the forest and unfortunately was chased by a fierce wolf.
Hua Hua was so scared that she ran around in all directions, finally arriving at an ancient temple.
The wolf stopped at the entrance of the temple and shouted to Hua Hua inside: 'If you don't come out quickly, the priest will find you and offer you to the gods.'
Hua Hua trembled as she replied, 'I'd rather be offered to the gods than be eaten by you.'
The wolf was furious upon hearing Hua Hua's words, but he couldn't enter the temple to catch her. He had no choice but to leave reluctantly.
Hua Hua safely hid in the temple. Although she was very afraid, she knew that being offered to the gods was at least a more dignified choice than being eaten by the wolf.
This story teaches us that when faced with danger, we should bravely face it and make the best choice.
Even if there may be some sacrifices, at least we can maintain our dignity and courage.
