冬天，一个叫李四的农夫在田野里劳作。
他看见一条冻僵了的小蛇躺在地上，它可怜巴巴地蠕动着身体，似乎快死了。
李四看着小蛇，心里很难过。
他把小蛇捡起来，轻轻地抱在怀里，用自己的体温给小蛇取暖。
不一会儿，小蛇渐渐恢复了活力，它醒了过来，开始扭动身体。

Li Si struggled to get up. He said to the little snake, "I saved you, why did you bite me?"
The little snake didn't answer, just stared at him coldly.
Li Si shook his head helplessly. He said, "Alas, I deserve it! I showed mercy to an evil person, and this is the retribution I should receive."
After saying these words, Li Si fell to the ground and never woke up again.
People found him, saw the little snake in his arms and the wound on his body, and all felt sorry for him.
This story tells us that even if we are kind to others, we must not forget their potential for evil.
We should learn to protect ourselves and not easily trust strangers.
