靠近边疆的地方，住着一个叫老翁的老人。
他非常擅长预测未来和过去的事情。
一天，老翁的一匹马突然不见了。

有一天，他在那匹胡人的马上摔了下来，摔断了腿。

一年后，胡人大举入侵，所有年轻人都被应征入伍。
但是老翁的儿子因为摔断了腿，不能去当兵。
在战争中，十个年轻人中有九个战死沙场，只有老翁的儿子因为跛腿而保全了性命。
这就是“塞翁失马 安知非福”的故事。
它告诉我们，有时候坏事可能会变成好事，而好事也可能会变成坏事。

Near the border lived an old man named Elder.
He was very skilled at predicting future and past events.
One day, Elder's horse suddenly disappeared.
After hearing this, his neighbors came to comfort him.
But Elder said, "This may not be a bad thing."
Several months later, the lost horse returned home on its own and brought back a fine horse from the Hu people.

Elder had a son who loved riding horses.
One day, he fell off the Hu horse and broke his leg.
The neighbors came to console him after hearing about it.
But Elder said, "This might be a good thing."
A year later, the Hu people launched a large-scale invasion, and all young men were conscripted into the army.
But Elder's son could not join the army because of his broken leg.
In the war, nine out of ten young men died on the battlefield, but Elder's son survived because of his limp.
This is the story of 'A blessing in disguise'.
It tells us that sometimes bad things can turn into good things, and good things can also turn into bad things.
This change is unpredictable, so we should maintain an optimistic attitude and face all challenges in life.
